SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
Link Revenue Resources, LLC (“Link Revenue Resources”, “LRR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with consumers and account holders. By opting in or providing your mobile number to us through your account agreement with the underlying creditor or healthcare provider (including, where applicable, hospital intake forms or other healthcare provider authorizations under our service contracts, which authorize SMS communications by the provider’s subsidiaries and authorized vendors), you consent to receive text messages related to:
Account balance and statement notifications
Payment reminders and payment confirmations
Payment portal links (portal.linkdhs.com)
Appointment reminders and scheduling
Customer service responses to your inquiries
Account verification and security messages
Compliance disclosures required by federal or state law (FDCPA, TCPA, HIPAA, GLBA, FCRA, CCPA)
We do not use SMS for marketing, promotional, or solicitation purposes.
2. Carrier Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each text message sent and received. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive recurring messages tied to balance changes, payment due dates, payment confirmations, and replies to your inquiries. Message frequency is determined by the nature and status of your account; we do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing messages.
4. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying with any of the following keywords from the mobile number that received the message:
STOP
STOPALL
UNSUBSCRIBE
QUIT
CANCEL
END
OPT-OUT
After you reply STOP, you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out, after which you will not receive additional SMS messages from this program. To resume messages, reply START to the same number. If you experience issues opting out, contact our Customer Care team at the number or email below.

7. Eligibility & Acceptance
By providing your mobile telephone number to Link Revenue Resources, LLC (whether directly, through an authorized representative, through your healthcare provider intake forms, or through your account agreement with our client), you agree to receive SMS messages from us in accordance with these Terms. You represent that you are the authorized account holder or subscriber of the mobile telephone number you provide.
You agree to update us if your mobile number changes. You agree we may verify your number against the National Do Not Call Registry and the Reassigned Numbers Database where required by applicable law.
8. Mobile Operator Disclaimer
Mobile operators (carriers) supported include all major U.S. carriers. Mobile operators are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We use third-party messaging providers (including Flowroute, an Intrado company) to deliver these messages on our behalf. Use of those providers is governed by their respective terms and applicable law.
9. Compliance Statements
This SMS program is operated in compliance with:
TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) — consent and opt-out requirements
FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) — Mini-Miranda disclosures included where applicable
HIPAA — Protected Health Information is not transmitted via SMS unless your healthcare provider has given specific authorization and BAA controls are in place
GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) — financial privacy
FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)
CCPA / CPRA — California consumer privacy rights
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance.
